Electronic waste – or e-waste – is growing rapidly given the faster rate of obsolesce of electronic equipment. Previous studies on e-waste management in India have pointed out the problems and hazards of widespread informal e-waste recycling as it takes place in many bigger cities such as Delhi or Bangalore.
